Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 11 October 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to the ECCNA 42 website and online store, including live registration and online payments.
1. Who we are

Country of domicile: Malta
This website sells registrations, event tickets and related activities for ECCNA 42 (European Conference and Convention of Narcotics Anonymous), taking place in Malta on 23–25 July 2027, and accepts voluntary donations.
By placing an order through this website you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them before completing your purchase.
2. Products and services
All items sold through this website are electronic event products: convention registrations, tickets to activities (dinners, discos, boat trips, packages) and voluntary donations. No physical goods are shipped.
Each product page describes what is included. Places for activities are limited; items may be removed from sale once capacity is reached. If we accept an order for an item we are subsequently unable to supply, we will contact you and offer an immediate full refund.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are displayed and charged in euro (EUR) and include any applicable charges. There are no delivery charges, as all products are delivered electronically.
The total amount payable is shown before you confirm your order.
The country of domicile of the merchant is Malta. This will be disclosed to you prior to completion of payment.
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Card details are transmitted directly to Stripe and are not stored by eccna.eu. 3D Secure may be used when required.
4. Order confirmation and delivery
Because all products are electronic, delivery takes place by email:
- On successful payment you will receive an order confirmation email containing a unique order number, a description of the items purchased, the amount paid in euro, our trading name, postal address, telephone number and website address, and a summary of our refund policy.
- Your registration or ticket confirmation serves as your proof of purchase. Please keep it and bring it to ECCNA 42 (printed or on your phone) together with photo identification when collecting your convention pass or attending an activity.
- Confirmations are normally delivered within minutes of payment. If you have not received your confirmation within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then contact us at registration@eccna.eu.
There are no export restrictions and no physical delivery; orders will be accepted from any country.
5. Refund and cancellation policy
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing — some items are non-refundable.
- Donations are voluntary contributions and are non-refundable, except where made in error — contact us within 14 days.
- Registrations and activity tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except as set out below. Registrations and tickets may be transferred to another person on request — email us with your order number and the details of the person attending in your place.
- If ECCNA 42 or a ticketed activity is cancelled by the organisers, you will receive a full refund of the affected items. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs incurred in connection with attending the event.
- If we are unable to supply an item you have ordered, we will contact you and offer an immediate full refund.
- Refunds, where due, are made to the original payment method, normally within 10 working days of approval.
To request a cancellation, refund or ticket transfer, email registration@eccna.eu with your order number.
Dispute resolution — MCCAA
If a complaint is not resolved directly with us, the cardholder has the right to refer the complaint to the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority (MCCAA) — www.mccaa.org.mt — and to use the MCCAA’s online Dispute Resolution Platform.
6. Transaction security
We take the security of your payment and personal information seriously:
- The entire website, including the ordering process, is served over an encrypted HTTPS/TLS (SSL) connection, so information you enter cannot be read by third parties in transit.
- Card payment details are handled securely by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS requirements. Your card number, expiry date and security code are transmitted directly to Stripe and are not stored by eccna.eu.
- All card transactions are authenticated with 3D Secure, which may require verification by your card issuer (for example via your banking app).
- Order and registration information is stored on secured servers, with backups, and access is restricted to authorised event administrators.
This protects the ordering pages, the checkout and the payment page, so your card and personal details cannot be intercepted or misused through our website.
7. Accuracy of information
We monitor and update this website to ensure product descriptions, prices and availability are accurate and consistent with our advertising and event materials. If an error affects your order, we will contact you and offer a correction or a full refund.
8. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Maltese and EU law.
9. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malta. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Maltese courts, without prejudice to your right to refer a complaint to the MCCAA as described above.
