Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to live ECCNA 42 registrations, activity tickets, donations and online payments.

Donations

Donations are voluntary contributions and are normally non-refundable. If a donation was made in error, please contact registration@eccna.eu within 14 days.

If ECCNA 42 or an activity is cancelled

If ECCNA 42 or a ticketed activity is cancelled by the organisers, the affected registration or ticket will be refunded in full.

Unavailable products or activities

If payment is accepted for a registration or activity that ECCNA 42 is subsequently unable to supply, we will contact the purchaser and offer a full refund for the affected item if an acceptable alternative cannot be provided.

Registrations and activity tickets

Registrations and activity tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where ECCNA 42 or the relevant ticketed activity is cancelled by the organisers or where ECCNA 42 is unable to supply an item that has been paid for. Registrations and tickets may be transferred to another person on request. Email registration@eccna.eu with your order number and the details of the person attending in your place.

Refund method and processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 10 working days of approval.

Order confirmation and electronic delivery

All ECCNA 42 registrations, activity tickets and confirmations are electronic. After successful payment, the purchaser receives an order confirmation by email containing the unique order number, purchased items, amount paid in EUR, ECCNA 42 / NA Malta trading name, postal address, telephone number, website address and a summary of this refund policy. The registration or ticket confirmation serves as proof of purchase.

How to request a cancellation, refund or transfer

Email registration@eccna.eu and include your order number together with a short description of your request.

Complaints and MCCAA

Please contact ECCNA 42 first so we can try to resolve the matter directly. If a complaint cannot be resolved with the merchant, a cardholder may refer the matter to the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority (MCCAA) and use its online dispute-resolution services: www.mccaa.org.mt.

Order confirmation and delivery

All products are electronic and delivery takes place by email. After successful payment, the beneficiary/customer receives an order confirmation email with the unique order number, purchased items, amount paid in EUR, ECCNA 42 / NA Malta trading details, postal address, telephone number, website address, and a summary and link to this refund policy.
