How orders & E42 tickets work

Your order records the payment. Your E42 ticket belongs to the individual person attending and brings together that person’s registration, activities and check-in.

One person = one E42 ticket

Each participant receives their own unique E42 number and QR code. If you register several people in the same order, they still receive separate individual E42 tickets.

Payment and tickets

The order is the payment record. Once payment is completed, the purchased registration, package and activities are assigned to the correct participant’s E42 ticket.

Save your ticket on your phone

You can save your E42 ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, making your QR code easy to access during the convention.

Want to add an activity later?

If you already have an E42 ticket, please do not start a new standard registration. Open your existing ticket and use the Add activities / booking link. Any new Boat, Dinner or Disco purchase will then be connected to the same E42 ticket.

The system also prevents the same activity from being purchased twice for the same E42 ticket.

Plans changed? We can adjust your tickets

If several registrations or activities were purchased together, Registration can help reorganise them. We can move activities between E42 tickets, split purchased items between participants, move items to a newly created participant ticket, combine items that belong to the same E42, and correct items that were assigned to the wrong person.

Can the name on a ticket be changed?

Yes. If the person attending changes, the name connected to an E42 ticket can be updated. The purchased items can remain connected to the correct ticket rather than requiring a completely new purchase.

The E42 ticket is the important part

An activity does not have to remain tied to the exact original order in which it was purchased. What matters is that the correct registration and activities are connected to the correct participant’s E42 ticket.
