Refund & Cancellation Policy

Pre-launch version. Online ordering is not open yet. The final attendee-requested cancellation rules will be confirmed before payments are enabled.

Organiser cancellation

If ECCNA 42 or a ticketed activity is cancelled by the organisers, the affected registration or ticket will be eligible for a full refund.

Unavailable products or activities

If payment is accepted for a registration or activity that ECCNA 42 is subsequently unable to supply, we will contact the purchaser and offer a full refund for the affected item if an acceptable alternative cannot be provided.

Attendee-requested cancellations

The rules and deadlines for attendee-requested cancellations have not yet been finalised. They will be published clearly before online ordering opens, so purchasers can review them before making a purchase.

Refund method

Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method. The final processing timeframe will be confirmed before payments are enabled.

Complaints and MCCAA

If a complaint cannot be resolved directly with the merchant, a cardholder may refer the matter to the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority (MCCAA) and use its online dispute-resolution services: www.mccaa.org.mt.
