This event requires the following facilities: The European Convention (from Friday to Sunday) and the EDM (from Thursday to Sunday) as well, if possible at the same venue.<\/p>\n<p>The Bid should be presented in writing, containing the following information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Venue<\/strong> (number of meeting rooms available, seating capacity, price of rental)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Accommodation<\/strong> (different category hotel rates)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Information on visa requirements and costs<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Access to host town<\/strong> (plane, train, car)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Status of local service structure<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Experience in organizing conventions<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Identification of host committee members<\/strong> (Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer, with five years minimum cleantime)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reasons why the Area\/Region wants to host the ECCNA<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Motto and logo suggestions<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>A budget<\/strong> \u2026<br \/>\nFor further information please contact your regional delegate.
